I believe that a person's raid snack of choice tells a lot about them. What do you KoHers have while you quest/raid?
Chips/Pretzels (you salty dog you)
Nuts (you are what you eat)
Candy (cause I'm not sweet enough)
Chocolate, and lots of it!
Fruit/Veggies (good and wholesome)
Popcorn
Donuts/Doughnuts
Cake and/or Pie
Other
I don't eat, it distracts me from killin'

Considering I've become a great big achievement ho, I would like to hit all the old world (and TBC) instances I've missed. I will be trying to run one or two every night that I can play, if anyone is interested. I may not have all the keys and such, but I say we give it a go! I'm especially interested in the Leeroy achievement it brings back memories.

I'm game to wreck some old-world bosses (that I have never seen before)...I heard that the new rogue ability Killing Spree is hilarious when Ony takes into flight.

Count me in, too!
Also, check with Doc... I distinctly remember him using his rogue BugClex to let us into UBRS on at least one occasion when none of us had the key.
Oh, and for those of you who have never raided Lower or Upper Black Rock Spire, if your thinking about getting your own UBRS "key", it is actually an item called the Seal of Ascension. And to get it, just like getting the key for Karazhan, you have to complete a series of quests starting with:
Seal of Ascension [ Level 60 ][ Dungeon ]
This Horde and Alliance quest takes place in Blackrock Spire
Find the three gemstones of command: The Gemstone of Smolderthorn Gemstone of Spirestone and Gemstone of Bloodaxe. Return them along with the Unadorned Seal of Ascension to Vaelan.
The Generals as told to you by Vaelan are: War Master Voone of the Smolderthorn; Highlord Omokk of the Spirestone; and Overlord Wyrmthalak of the Bloodaxe.
As you can see the unadorned seal has three empty sockets. Each of those sockets must be filled with a gemstone representing the leadership's command. Finally Overlord Wyrmthalak master of the lower citadel must forge the seal in the flames of the Black Dragonflight.
Understand this mortal: the chance that one of the three generals of the lower citadel would carry a gemstone at any given time is rare. You must be vigilant in your quest. Remain determined!
All three bosses are elite dragonkins, two of them level 59 and the last one level 60. The drop rate for the gems and the unadorned seal used to be very low and required many LBRS runs just to craft a single key. The good news is that the drop rate for all four items is now 100%, so collecting the items for a single key can now be done in one run.
